  9. 1/4 cup coriander leaves

  11. 2 slices bread white / brown (I used two brown slices)
  12. 1/4 cup green chutney
  13. 1/2 onion sliced
  14. 1/2 tomato sliced
  15. 2-3 thin slices of fresh paneer
  16. 2 tsp butter of your choice
  17. 1/4 cup sev
  18. 1 tbsp chaat masala

Steps to make to make Bombay Sandwich

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil and add Cumin seeds jeera, ginger and saute. Add turmeric, salt & chaat masala
  2. Now add the boiled and mashed potato, mix well and add Coriander leaves Aloo masala stuffing is ready.
  3. Spread butter on the bread slices, then spread green chutney. Keep 2 slices of tomato on one bread piece and 2 slices of onion on another Spread aloo masala evenly on the bread.
  4. Now place thin slices of paneer on top of the aloo masala Cover with another bread slice and spread some butter on the top of the bread.
  5. Toast the sandwich till it's golden and crispy Cut the masala toast sandwich into 4 pieces.
  6. Finally, sprinkle sev and chaat masala before serving masala toast sandwich.
