  11. 4 tsp sugar
  12. 1 green chilli finely chopped

  1. Soak the Besan in curd or butter milk for around 10-12 minutes. Prepare light sugar syrup by adding 4tsp sugar in 1glass water and chopped green chilli al together
  2. Now add salt and turmeric powder also eno and lemon juice and mix them well and grease oil and 1.5 ladder of besan mixture and steam for for around 10mins.
  3. Check the Khaman is cooked properly by inserting the toothpick
  4. Now take oil, mustard seeds, Cumin seeds and sesame seeds and pour the tadka over the Khaman and spread the sugar syrup and green chillies and coriander leaves for garnishing.
  5. Mix the Khaman and break up them and put some sev along the Khaman and serve them with all chutneys
