  2. Add 1 spoon sugar and mix well. Now add eno fruit salt and pour lemon juice on it. After mix properly till batter become fluffy.
  3. Now in steamer heat water. Apply oil on plate and pour batter. Cover it and let steam it for 15 to 20 minutes. Occasionally check with help of toothpick. If batter isn't stick on toothpick our khaman is ready.
  4. Cool completely and make pieces.
  5. Now in wok heat oil and add muster seeds. Let it crack. Add both chillies and sugar. Add water and make sugar syrup.
  6. Now pour this tadaka on khamna. Sprinkle coriander leaves. Our khaman is ready.
