  1. Heat oil in a kadai over medium flame. Add cumin seeds add chopped green chilli; when they begin to splutter, add chopped onion and sauté until it turns light brown., sauté for 15-20 seconds. Now add tomato puree and cook until it becomes mushy.
  2. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala and salt to taste and fry for a minute.
  3. Add 2 tsp of malai and cook until oil separates from the side.Now add 1 cup of milk and bring the sabzi to a boil
  4. Adds sev and switch off the heat,Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve immediately
