  2. Now crush in mixie by adding curd/ Buttermillk (available).add chilli,ginger and crush again to make paste.
  3. Now batter is ready.keep it at warm place for 6-8 hours for fermentation.
  4. After fermentation add salt, Turmeric,baking soda and 2 spoon oil to it.thenmix well.
  5. Now grease a tray and Pour batter in it.
  6. Now put tray in steamer and steam for 20 minutes.then take out and cool it and cut into pieces.
  7. Now for tadka take a pan add oil to it.then add Mustard seeds, asafoetida,½ cup water and sugar.then boil for a while till sugar dissolves.now Pour tadka on khaman and sprinkle chopped coriander.now mix well.
  8. Now serve this khaman with chilli and enjoy.
