  17. 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
  18. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  19. 1 tsp Tomato Sauce
  20. To Taste Salt

Instructions to make to make Sev Paratha

  1. Mix Aata, Ajwain, Oil & Curd and make a dough like chappati dough. Let it rest for 10-15 mins.
  2. Heat the pan. Add 1tsp oil when oil gets heated add hing, geera and rai.
  3. Add onion & garlic and let them turn into golden brown. Now add all the veggies in it. Cover the pan for 5-6 mins.
  4. Add masala into it and stir it. Pour little water and take a boil then add sev to it and mix well.
  5. Your masala is ready. Add some coriander leaves on it.
  6. Take a Dough. Cut into small pieces. Now roll it like we do for other parathas. Sprinkle some chaat masala while rolling. Grill it. Your paratha is ready to serve.
