  1. Add two tbsp of ghee and fry the chopped nuts.Boil the dates and cut into thin strips and fry them too.In the same kadai add 2 more tbsp ghee and fry the vermicelli.
  2. Boil the milk into the same kadai add green cardamom and cook till little thick,keep stirring the milk time to time.Add the sugar and milkmaid and keep cooking on low flame and don’t forget to stir.
  3. Finally add the fried vermicelli and dry fruits and cook for 10 mins.Add the kewra water and switch off the gas.Enjoy this sweet kurma chilled or warm.
