  12. 1 big lime squeeze the juice
  13. as required Pickle masala (preferably mango Or chilli pickle masala)
  14. 1/2 tsp kaloji/kala jeera
  15. 1/2 tsp black salt
  16. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  17. 1/2 tsp ajwaain
  18. as per taste Salt
  19. 2-3 tsp hot mustard oil
  20. Chokha
  21. 1 bharta baigan roasted direct on fire
  22. 3-5 boiled potatoes
  23. 3-4 tomatoes roasted on fire using wire rack
  24. 1 chopped onion
  25. 2-3 green chilli
  26. as per taste Salt
  27. as per taste Black salt
  28. 1/2 tbsp jeera powder
  29. as per taste Amchur powder
  30. 2 tsp Lime juice
  31. 2 tsp mustard oil hot

Steps to make to make Litti Chokha

  1. Knead litti dough by mixing all ingredients from litti dough section. Make smooth dough as chapati dough. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Litti stuffing - mix all ingredients from stuffing section. (Don't use oil now) first taste and check if stuffing taste is perfect then pour hot oil & give a good mix.
  3. Now take small ball size dough and make like half chapati by hands only.
  4. Now keep one spoon from stuffing and close it. Make sure no hole is there in litti.
  5. Roast them or bake it. I used appe maker to roast.
  6. Grease baigan & tomatoes then Roast baigan & tomatoes on fire.
  7. Boil potatoes. Peel tomatoes, baigan and potatoes.
  8. Now mix all ingredients from chokha section (don't use oil now) first taste and check if chokha taste is perfect then pour hot oil & give a good mix.
  9. Dip litti in hot ghee and serve with green chutney and chokha.. Enjoy super delicious Litti Chokha!!!
